Great service with fast claim turnaround!

Caps on annual or long-term illnesses far too low
I have two dogs, one that was insured with ASPCA, and another with Pets Best. The costs are the same, but the coverage is very different. Both of my dogs have long-term care illnesses (Addison's disease, and Irritable Bowel Disease). ASPCA has a lifetime cap of $2500 for continuing care. That amount only lasted three years, and now all expenses are out of pocket. Pets Best has no lifetime cap on continuing care, which is a relief for a dog that has an illness that will last his entire life. There are far better insurance plans for your pets than ASPCA, which was a surprise to me because of all providers, I would expect better coverage from a charity that prides itself on care for animals. Unfortunately, because my dog insured with ASPCA now has a chronic illness, I cannot change policies because she has a pre-existing condition.

Thank goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance
Both of my dogs have been covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance for many years. It has been invaluable the times we have needed it, and the cost is very reasonable. I'm always surprised how quickly the payment for the claim is processed. I recommend ASPCA to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Very Pleasant Experience
My dog Maggie had a infection and ASPCA was fast to take care of my claim. The calls they made to me during this process tells me they care. Maggie is feeling much better and having ASPCA helped with the vet bill. I would recommend using ASPCA for pet insurance.

Excellent Service
I've had a very good experience with ASPCA Insurance. I got all 6 of my dogs insured. Jaxon ended up going into kidney failure, but we were able to treat him at the vet hospital. He is now on special food, medications, and IV fluids. The ASPCA Insurance came through for us and we're getting 80% back on everything as the chronic kidney disease is covered. Their App is easy to use and I just submit receipt and within days my 80% is back in my account. It helps so much!

Excellent Customer Service and Very Responsive
We've had Embrace for about 7 months now and it is definitely worth the value. No other companies even come close to the coverage that Embrace provides. We have had no issues with resolving claims. Customer service is excellent and we always receive reimbursement in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Embrace!

Easy to work with!
I've had such an easy time working with Embrace. They're easy to get ahold of, & it's easy to submit a claim. The only reason it took over 3 weeks to process my claim was because I was missing paperwork. I got ahold of a very friendly Embrace employee named Peter & he was able to tell me exactly what paperwork I needed to submit. I easily uploaded the paperwork, saw that it cleared, & very shortly after saw that my claim was processed. Thanks for your help, Embrace!

Very Disappointed
I insured my kitten with PetsplusUs and am very disappointed. I will not be insuring my adult female cat with them. I will be going to Trupanion. My sister uses Trupanion. We both submitted claims to our respective insurance companies on the same day. She heard in less than a week her claim was to be covered and she had her money in about 10 days. It has been over three weeks for me and I have not heard anything from this company. My Visa is due and I have not seen a cent. I have also had them tell me TWICE that they have not received info from my vet...medical records and a claim. Once I would believe, twice...no. I believe it to be a delaying tactic.
