I have experience with VPI, PETSBEST, NationWide, Pet Plan USAand I can honestly tell you I highly recommend Figo. highly recommend Figo. This one Im very comfortable with. The coverage is excellent. I have done lots of research on every pet insurance ins the USA. This company has Outstanding customer service and quick payment. If there is a concern, they will not hesitate to work with you unlike others mentioned above. I have turned in claims without problems. They are a newer company located in Chicago. I am a pet owner and do not work for this company. I would hesitate to trust the negative review mentioned above as sounds like a competitor.

I just got Embrace insurance on my 7 yr. old dog. After a couple of weeks being insured, my dog had Obstruction Surgery. Never thought this would happen to my dog. Well, was I lucky. Embrace covered 90 percent of my total bill after my deductable, as it was stated in the contract. I could not be happier with them. Thank you, Embrace!

Excellent Protection for Tiny Hound
I have had a great experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I adopted a rescue, Noel, who is a dachshund/beagle mix. Because dachshunds can be prone to back and teeth issues, I decided to get insurance for her. Even though she has, thankfully, not had any back or teeth issues, so does occasionally suffer from G.I. upset and recently had a small mammary mass removed. Healthy Paws makes it very easy to submit claims and the checks come right on schedule, each time. Any time I've called, a live representative has helped me successfully navigate the issue. Their customer service people are incredibly responsive, articulate, informed about the service and caring about the pet involved.

Allowed my dog to have treatment I couldn't afford
When Saber broke his toe and later needed surgery, Pet's Best paid almost the whole bill. I had thought about dropping the insurance but now it's paid for itself many times over. I'm keeping it! You never know when something stupid and minor but expensive will happen!

While reluctant to do so, I purchased pet insurance based on the urging of my Niece who is a strong advocate. Having had experience with other pet insurance companies, she gave HealthyPaws a very good recommendation based on her experience with them. I am so pleased to give them a Five Star recommendation based on my experience. For example, our 1 year old Goldendoodle was hit in the hip by a large dog at the local dog park which resulted in a fractured femoral head. Consequently, it was necessary to perform a surgical Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) which is quite expensive. I filed the claim on the 25th of the month and received my reimbursement in less than 10 days. I consider that to be Five Star service. I have received the same level of service on all of my claims.I’m very pleased with the on-line claim process, it’s simple and efficient and the web site is easy to navigate. I have spoken to representatives on occasion and found them to be polite, well informed, willing to help and also prompt in getting back to me, if necessary. The only negative is that I would have preferred a pre-surgery approval in writing. However, they did give me a verbal approval and, to their credit, are good to their word. I am so please to have insured with HealthyPaws Pet Insurance & Foundation and have recommended them to my Vet, my neighbors and friends. Thank you HealthyPaws, J Brown

My 8 year old boxer had to have surgery twice within a month for lumps that we spotted on two different occasions. Very nerve racking for me, and expensive, to say the least. But Embrace stepped in and made sure I was reimbursed promptly. My baby girl is better and lump free (4 of them turned out to be lipomas, 1 was the beginning of a mast cell tumor we found early). She is her spunky self again, and Embrace was with me the whole time.

The best Company
I have 2 great Pyrenees now and had one that went to the rainbow bridge with cancer. We had aspca insurance with her and I was very happy!!! hen we got another dog I thought I would try another company and was so unhappy with them I left and came back to ASPCA....Will not be leaving again they are so easy to deal with and very caring...
