Peace of mind
I've never been disappointed with my interactions. The Embrace staff are always helpful, kind, and compassionate. The policy itself gives me peace of mind that I will never have to skimp on care should my dog need it. Maisy is Papillon rescue, and I don't what she endured the first 3 years of her life.

Embrace is the Best
I've had Embrace for my two cats for over 4 years, and they are great. Claims are paid promptly, and the staff is top-notch. I also appreciate their medical review option when taking the policy, no breed restrictions, and ability to add Rx and wellness. One of my cats is sick now, and it's very helpful to receive Embrace's confirmation when a claim is received and again when it is processed.

I Have A Large Lab/Mastiff Mix…
I have a large Lab/Mastiff mix that began to have muscular and mobility compromise. After taking my dog for numerous tests, I was informed he has an incurable neurological disease that I could only be treated with vitamin supplement support, comfort measures, and quality of life provision. Had I not had the support of Pets Best Pet Health Insurance, I would not have been able to understand what direction I know I shall eventually need to take. Although the diagnosis I received meant my precious boy was not a candidate for further treatment, I have peace of mind because of Pets Best; I was provided with resources for diagnostics to know what I was facing. My claims were paid quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful for the support and ethics of this company. Without their help I would have never been able to have had the thorough evaluation of his issue and know how to care for my best friend during this stage of his life.

Jasper My 6.5 Year Old Schnood…
Jasper my 6.5 year old Schnoodle jumped off of the bed. He was limping but I could not detect anything. It was a day before I found the reason for the limping. His index toe was swollen and purple which was hidden by his fluffy hair. Doc thought he broke the toenail where it connected into the bone, after X-rays we found that is was a bad sprain that opened and infected. Thank Goodness that was all it was. With medication and soaking Jasper is good as new. Thank you so much Pets Best. I am so glad that I found you. It took a broken leg of another dog to search for a good pet insurance. I feel that after searching out many other insurances this was the best and you confirmed that I was right. It was easy to figure out what I wanted in insurance and when I needed you it was very easy to file a claim. Thank you"

My Cat Sophia Was Diagnosed Wi…
My cat Sophia was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism a few months ago. She has lost a large amount of weight and also suffers from other symptoms of this disease. The illness has required a lot of challenges, as she was not responding well to the medication, even while trying several forms such as pills, liquid and trans-dermal. Throughout all the testing and sick visits, Pets Best has been wonderful! Filling claims on-line is so simple and the response time and reimbursement, according to our chose plan, is quite fast. Sophie will need to have radio-iodine treatment, which will cure her completely and I never would have been able to keep up with the cost of her illness if it wasnt for Pets Best. I highly recommend them and I"m extremely happy that I picked them for our Sophie"s insurance! "

Saber Broke His Toe While Play…
Saber broke his toe while playing in the yard. Because it was not healing after several months, the vet said the best treatment would be to remove the toe. She did one more x-ray before the surgery and found it was finally starting to heal and canceled the surgery. Because of the broken toe, Sabers degenerative myelopathy progressed faster without exercise because he had to rest while the toe healed. His toe is now finally healed and he is back to running again but now uses a dog wheelchair. Pet"s Best was extremely helpful in paying for his vet bills because I couldn"t have done it otherwise. Thank you."
