Will NEVER be without it!!
I have 2 pups insured with Healthy Paws and it is absolutely, without a doubt the best insurance out there. I had a different insurance in the beginning that said they covered all these conditions, but 1) submitting a claim was an act of congress, 2) they put an annual maximum on all these conditions that is usually ridiculously low and 3) they have a total annual maximum and a lifetime maximum for the policy. Healthy paws say they cover EVERYTHING except vaccines, exams, preexisting conditions and hip dysplasia if diagnosed within the first year of the policy and so far....they have done just that! Not only did they put my check in the mail within 1 week but they do a follow up email to check on my pup after surgery. At first I deleted the email, thinking it was just a generic automatically generated one, but a few days later, I received another one with different wording and it was an actual healthy paws person taking the time out to write a personal "get well" email to my pup and to check in. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

So Greatful!
My little pup had to have half his ear removed because of a cancerous lump. Not only did they help me pay for the surgery someone called me to ask how Zero was doing and that alone is so amazing to me. They seem to really care:-) Thank you!

Pets Best is amazing. It feels too good to be true, but truth is they have amazing coverage. The process of filing a claim is super simple and then they direct deposit the money back into my bank account very quickly. Having this coverage is enabling me to give the best care to my young cat of 4 years. He was just diagnosed with chronic heart failure, but I am blessed to have covered him with insurance and now give him the best care without worry of money. THAnK YOU PETS BEST!!! Also, they have amazing customer service. Super nice and empathetic people. They are wonderful.

Buy this insurance if you love getting scammed.
VPI let me pay into its system for 6 years, from the time Oscar was a puppy, with literally no claims all 6 years. Then, they mysteriously "cancelled" me "and they weren't sure why" when I needed surgery for my 6 year old dog. Then, they would only reinstate me as a new customer with a 6 year old dog, at premiums 3x higher than they were before. Why? Because the lower premiums are reserved for the customers that start their dogs on insurance when they are puppies. ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

My cat recently passed away after a year and a half of progressive illness and it has been a great comfort to me to have Embrace as an insurer. Embrace has quickly and reliably processed my claims with minimal effort on my part, which allowed me to keep my finances intact while taking care of a very sick kitty. When I did need to call in with questions, their customer care team was always friendly, compassionate, and quick to provide accurate information. I never felt let down by this company and I've recommended them to all my friends.

I recently rescued a kitten and purchased the insurance because of the horror stories I had heard from my friends who have had huge vet bills in the past with no insurance. I have my kitten less then 2 months and when I took her to the vet for her final round of shots they discovered a heart murmur. The tests will be over $700 dollars and then depending on the results possible further action will be needed. I contacted Healthy Paws immediately. I had only made one payment to them for Sweety although I have my other pet covered for 18 months. They got back to me immediately and told me the tests are covered as well as whatever she needs next. I cannot be happier and would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and purchase your insurance from this highly reputable company. I could not be happier I purchased the insurance from them.

Embrace is Awesome
I did a lot of research and Embrace seemed to be the best of the many options in regards to coverage and rates. I really have enjoyed Embrace- they are really fast in general about processing my claims and it is so nice to know that I had coverage when my cat got a wound from a cat fight (he is an outdoor cat which is why insurance is a must for me). Their customer service is awesome too- very nice people who care. The only downside is that with my vet I have to pay out of pocket first and then get reimbursed by Embrace- I wish there was a way to have Embrace instantly cover what they can and leave me only responsible for the difference when I take my pet to the vet.
