ER scare
My happy yet rambunctious chihuahua/terrier puppy accidentally ate a relative's medication, and we had to rush her to the emergency room. Thankfully we had made the decision to purchase a policy with Healthy Paws when we first adopted our puppy. The ER bill came out to almost $900, but Healthy Paws processed our claim in 5 days and reimbursed us almost $700. My wife and I sleep better at night knowing that Healthy Paws is available to us. Quite frankly, we were amazed at the speed that our claim was processed (5 days). Lola is our first pet together so when we starting doing research on pet insurance , Healthy Paws was on the top of the list. We are happy that we trusted them with our puppy's health. Best decision that we have made so far. We are customers for life. We will make certain to recommend Healthy Paws to anyone in search of health insurance for their beloved pet. Irving & Marisol

Trupanion is a safety net that never fails me.
My American Pitbull Pixie was found to have a condition called leaky dog syndrome. This condition causes her to be incontinent while she is at rest it sleeping. This is a more common condition than most people know and can be caused when the muscles are weakened during spaying. Thankfully this condition is very treatable with medication twice a day and consistent checks by a get every 3 months. Trupanion has covered all of it and when we have problem with a claim they look into it immediately. I love how friendly they are and no matter what they always ask how pixie is feeling.

Amazing and a need for any pet parent
I've been using Embrace for about 6 months and I can't think of anything negative about the experiences I've had. I wish human insurance were this easy! I have three dogs ensured with them and one needed both knees fixed. They've been so helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed to get the reimbursement check right away. Their claims processing takes about a week and you can have the check mailed or direct deposited into an account. Their pricing and fee schedule is upfront with no surprises. I work in insurance and wish my company worked like this! Love it. The pricing is very reasonable and easily customized to each dog on policy. I love the wellness rewards aspect of the insurance too. Makes it easy to take care of my dogs. Their phone reps are all so nice and friendly and it doesn't sound fake or scripted. They seem to genuinely care. I wonder if they can bring their dogs to work....

The insurance has been great!
We have two pugs, one of whom has had a number of health problems over the years. Having the pet insurance on him has been a blessing. ASPCA has always been helpful, informative, and their payment turnaround time has increased dramatically in recent months. I would recommend them to anyone.
