The absolute best
I have had Embrace since 2013 and have referred two friends to Embrace. I've been fortunate enough with two pet, Frankie an 8 year old mixed breed of Min. Pincher and Italian Greyhound and Patsy 9 a purebred Tri Color sheltie to not have had to file any major medical claims. I do have the wellness coverage (which I didn't realize). I called Embrace and the representative told me that I could file wellness claims at any time, they were not limited as the medical claims were...who does that????? They could have said nothing! Instead I just filed 4 years worth of wellness claims for two dogs and they have been approved. This company is the bomb...the best.

Thankful for pet insurance
In December 2015 we added a Ragdoll kitten to our family, I felt inclined to get pet insurance for her before she hit 6 months of age. I am so thankful I did as we recently learned she has mild heart disease at age 14 months. We are heartbroken but so very thankful to have insurance as vet visits will be required every six months to monitor her condition so that she receives the best care for as long as we have her. Embrace processed and paid claims within 2 weeks of submission, I appreciated having the website to track claims and preserve history for our cat, as details and history can get fuzzy over time.

The absolute BEST pet insurance!!!!!!! We received our reimbursement for services within a week!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is phenomenal!!!!! Always ready to assist with any questions you may have. Excellent service and fast response to inquires.
Dog bite attack resulted in some hernias that needed repaired after initial treatment. Vets report on the claim was confusing due pre existing hernia. Excellent communication between Vet and Embrace cleared up problem quickly.Total satisfaction on how claim was handled quickly and efficiently.

Healthy Paws is the best!!
Healthy Paws!! If health insurance companies for humans were as efficient as Healthy Paws we wouldn't have any worries in life..... A few months ago we purchased a beautiful pure breed English bulldog puppy. Knowing the traditional issues that English bulldogs bring with them we decided it would be prudent to purchase an insurance plan for him. Sure enough, a few weeks ago he developed aspiration pneumonia (very common in this breed) and had to be hospitalized for 36 hours. He recovered well, but an expensive medical bill was waiting for me when we checked him out of the hospital. This is where Healthy Paws came in. Their health app is absolutely amazing...I just clicked on the app, snapped a picture of the hospital invoice and hit the submit button. EXACTLY one week later I had my reimbursement check from them - I was absolutely astonished. Not only that, I also received a personal email from Mr. Tim Weiss (Claws & Paws Protector) asking me about Rocco's progress! So far so good
I have an 8 mo old Yorkie who has had gastro issues from day 1. Once I met my $500 deductible,I began receiving reimbursement checks. Although the diagnosis doesn't change, sometimes claims move quickly, other times not so fast. I was recently told that they are very busy this time of year. People registering puppies from Christmas & Valentine's Day. Hmmm not so sure 🙄

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is awesome!
I have had Healthy Paws covering my two shiba inus for the past six years and have never had an issue with them covering a claim. Submitting a claim is straightforward and it is usually processed within a week. Recently my dog Jotly had to have a root canal done on a back "anchor" tooth. All I had to submit was the invoice and the vet sent them the examination notes directly. The claim was settled the day they received all the information. I am so happy I chose Healthy Paws to help me care for my pets. The people who contact me genuinely seem to care about the wellbeing of my two dogs.
