Trupanion was the best decision I made .
I have 2 dogs insured with Trupanion. One is my Parson Russell Terrier, and my Bernese Mt. Dog. My Bernese Mt. Dog was diagnosed with EPI AT two, had TTA surgery at 6, and now has had a mast cell tumor removed.Trupanion has paid all claims at 90 % minus my 200 deductible. This would have caused a financial hardship on our family without Trupanion. We see the oncologist next week and A Trupanion rep told me all the treatments are covered for her Mast Cell tumor. What a relief. I really want my girl to beat this.

Trupanion was the best decision I made .

Responsible claims processing - and good service
This review is after my first claim experience with Embrace. First I called Embrace customer service and they reviewed the process of submitting claims with me. I later received email follow-ups updating me as to the progress of the claim. I found the Embrace website portal for claims submission very easy to use. The process was very easy and followed the instructions on the website and in the policy. After reviewing my claim, it was denied. The information in the correspondence from Embrace clearly stated why the claim was denied. I had taken the necessary steps to provide the baseline documentation to Embrace when I became a customer. I found in the policy that I could appeal a claim denial. Because of the explanation in the initial claim denial, I was able to determine exactly what Embrace needed that what missing in order to support my claim. I obtained the documentation needed from our vet and submitted it to Embrace for re-evaluation of my claim. The policy states Embrace has 2 weeks to review an appeal. I was pleasantly surprised that they reviewed the supplemental documentation I provided within 24 hours, reversed the denial and covered my dog's injury exactly as per the policy I purchased. I have been around the block a few times and know that insurance companies must be careful to avoid fraud in order to keep premiums low. The dialog with Embrace was very professional. Based on my experience, I recommend Embrace for pet insurance.

disappointed!
I am extremely disappointed in how Embrace handles my dog's claims. They claim everything is related to a pre-existing condition when it is not. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The best animal insurance there is
I have had other insurance but ASPCA is by far the best for dogs of all ages and ailments.. I have a long history with them and their customers service is professional and caring at any time.. I would recommend this insurance for any dog or cat from kitten to senior.. and especially our loving rescue pets that always come with issues..

Glad I chose Healthy Paws
I took my beloved Bella to emergency due to acute kidney issues. She ended up staying in hospital for 5 days. I was able to concentrate on her health and not worry. Healthy Paws processed and paid my claims before I got my credit card statement. They emailed me to check up on her progress. My own doctors don't even do this!

Quick review and Payment
My Pup Lenny was vomiting and was very uncomfortable. You as Pet People understood my concerns. I had to rush him to the Vet and they did tests and blood work and gave him meds. to ease his pain. Thank Goodness the tests didn't show any really serious issues. Next day I submitted the Vet. visit bill to ASPCA Pet Insurance. I was immediately contacted and had a settlement within 7 days. I am so Happy I purchased his Insurance and I am impressed at how fast it was handled. Also a follow up phone call inquiring on how my Lenny is doing. They cared. Thank you all.

MASS/Tumor
We found a bump on our Dog Daisy, went to the Vet's and found that Daisy had a MASS/Tumor. Embrace Insurance covered about all the expenses, from the post-surgery all the way through to the post-surgery. No question our run around, once all the claims were submitted, it took Embrace only a few days to reimburse me about 95% of all the surgery’s cost. I would not know what I would have done or how I would have covered the cost if it was not for Embrace Insurance.
