My German Shepherd Walter Has…
My German Shepherd Walter has polyarthritis which is very painful for him. The medication that he takes is very expensive but is the best possible option for him. Other medications that he could take would have serious side effects. Without pets best I would not be able to provide Walter with the best possible care. I am so thankful that I I am with pets best. I have pets best for all of my dogs and always recommend to my friends and family and fellow animal lovers that they get pets best as well."

I LOVE HEALTHY PAWS INSURANCE!!
I recently had to take my year old bulldog to get surgery on his eyes and not only was the procedure covered, but they also sent me a message after his surgery to check up on him. Thank you so much Healthy Paws you made it possible for me to get Mellows surgery and now he won't go blind. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know

Wasn't sure what to expect - Completely thrilled!
I only had my insurance for a short time when my kitty got very sick. I was going to do what I had to do to help her get better and if insurance could help, then that would be a bonus. Well, they came through with the coverage! No arguments, no hassle! The customer service is always super friendly (that's you, Katie), and the coverage is EXTREMELY affordable! I've had pets for most of my life, but this is the first pet insurance I've ever purchased because it's the only one I've ever seen that seemed worthwhile. Now I know from experience that it is TOTALLY worth it! Great job, Figo!

Saved My Cat's Life
I bought pet insurance for both of my cats early when my wife and I adopted both of them. Many people were joking that why would I get insurance for my pets? Reason being is I have heard way too many horror stories of people not being able to afford the appropriate care for their fur babies should any emergency situation occur. Reading the reviews online about all the companies it was very overwhelming with all of the choices and pros/cons. After reading countles reviews I picked HealthyPaws. The sign up process was very easy and was able to customize our coverage. Jump forward to January 20th, 2017. Our 4 year old kitty, Pixie, had stopped eating and was losing weight and started vomiting. We rushed her to the emergency room that night and they immediately started looking at her and then drafted up a proposal of procedures which totaled about $1200 just out of the gate. With Healthy Paws I didn't even bat an eye as I knew 90% was going to be covered. I called the 800 number to verify the coverage and they said it will all be covered and to rest easy. Long story short, 3 days later and another $2000 we had a feeding tube put in and Pixie is much more at ease and resting at home and recovering. Submitting my claim was super easy. I snapped pictures of the complete invoice and 2 days later I was notified that it was completed and a check will be send in a few days. 2 days ago I received the check and only had to pay $600 out of pocket for $4000 worth of services. Embrace rejected my legitimate claim, and my Vet has backed me on this that they were totally in the wrong for doing so.

Friendly customer service and easy-to-use website
So far, we've just used the Wellness claims for our 4 dogs. Every time I've phoned customer service with a question, the staff have been super nice and helpful. I always got my questions answered without feeling like I was bothering someone or taking too much time. We are really pleased that we chose Embrace, and we recommend you to others whenever the subject arises. Good job, everyone!

In a word TERRIBLE
My Vet just confirmed that your refusal to pay my insurance claim was inexcusable and there's no justification for it. My dog's incontinence 3 years ago has nothing to do with her developing a UTI. I will share this review in every social media avenue I have access to.
