Literally a life saver
Such super and caring service. Without Embrace we would have had to put our sweet Mo to sleep. Embrace is also very fast at processing pre-approvals and claims.Our Mo developed a vaccine induced fibro sarcoma. A very aggressive cancer which in addition to surgery required expensive radio therapy to save his life. Thank you Embrace.

Healthy Paws -- Caring and Outstanding
Our Portuguese Water Dog Marco decided to " dine" on large pieces of tennis ball rubber which made him very sick. We took him to the VCA Animal Hospital in Hollywood and he required extensive treatment which ultimately included surgical procedure on his tummy. I am happy to report that he is on the way to recovery and that on Friday the stitches will be removed. This was high quality veterinary care which unfortunately came with a high quality vet bill, almost $ 4,000. I can't say how relieved I was when Healthy Paws reviewed the charges and approved for payment in about a week. Not only that, they actually contacted me in a genuinely caring way to find out how Marco was doing and wanted to know if we need any further assistance. Trupanion is the best insurance out there
I want to make this review short and sweet. Trupanion has helped our baby Pacha's (Pacha is 11) expenses on atleast 3 different occasions and they have been very prompt with their responses. They are true to their word and is the best pet insurance out there.

Excellent Customer Service
I have had my policy with Petshealth Care for almost 11 years. I have always received prompt and courteous service. I chose the level that I thought was right and affordable for me. I have not had a problem collecting on any of my claims.

After much discussion I was able to make an acceptable decision on what coverage I wanted for my 2 dogs.. Jessica stayed right with me as I tried to make the decision I thought was best for my dogs and for me financially. I have had a good experience with ASPCA so far and I wanted to continue the policies if possible. It was a good experience throughout.

The best customer service I've ever had,
I wish I knew about your company when I first got my dog , I leaned about your company latter, I miss you and I'm in customer service business I know you guys here a lot of the negative that I wanted to give you a positive . I wanted to sign up for pet insurance but I didn't Think I had all the paperwork on Buddy he was adopted, I spoke to Jennifer who went way beyond what I expected he checked for me she called the vet for me and made sure that I had everything that was up-to-date and I need Jennifer is a credible employee I wanted to let you know about that , company something forget about how important customer service Really is , you should know your lucky to have her, thanks again, I'm so happy I found you , Sincerely Jack hart

Best Investment
Healthy Paws has easily saved us thousands since we adopted our rescue pup. We have been to countless regular vet visits, emergency vet visits (one over night stay hat cost $1500+), prescription meds, and even an opthomologist. The app is so easy to use when you need to submit a claim, the reimbursement checks are quick, and we have never had an issue getting our full reimbursement. This is easily the smartest, and best decision we made. Pet insurance is a must, and Healthy Paws has been so good to us and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
