They truly care!
My dog Fred has seizures and likes to eat things he should not. I have received numerous phone calls asking inquiring about Fred's health and asking if there is anything else that could be done to help me care for him. I would absolutely suggest this insurance to anyone!

Simply the Best!
Hi Healthy Paws Team- I wanted to take the time to share a personal story with you and why I believe strongly in pet insurance offered by Healthy Paws - not just any company - Healthy Paws. After significant research, I decided to choose Healthy Paws to insure Wiggins, the puppy I found abandoned chained to a New York City park bench nearly 5 years ago. When I told family and friends about your service, some of them questioned the need, but I never waned: there is nothing I wouldn't do for him, and I give him the best of everything, from food, to healthcare, to overall love and affection. Unfortunately, Wiggins suffered his first grand mal seizure last month - a terrifying experience to be sure. Knowing I had the best coverage and support of your team behind me meant the world to me as I visited the ER (after hours), followed up with my local vet, and even saw a specialist/neurologist! Everything was covered at 90% without question or claim payment delay. Sadly, Wiggins just had his second seizure two days ago and after a follow up visit to my vet, he is now taking Keppra 3x daily, a rather expensive and burdensome lifelong treatment. I am also able to take him in for an MRI to rule out any structural issues, to be certain of his idiopathic epilepsy diagnosis, and I know that Healthy Paws will be with me 100% of the way. I want you to know how comforting this makes me feel. Having to bear the financial burden over the rest of his life would amplify the tremendous stress I - a single "dad" with a demanding job - now find myself under given Wiggins diagnosis. With Healthy Paws on my side, however, that burden is completely gone. Thank you! You all should feel very proud to work for such an amazing organization as Healthy Paws. Each of you, no matter your job, touches lives like mine (and Wiggins) and I wanted to take a moment to recognize that. Thank you. Matt (and Wiggins) in Hoboken, NJ

Awesome Experience
Great customer service. My claims (multiple) were worked quickly and customer service rep. even called to see how our fur baby was doing after his surgery, let is know our claim had been processed and if I had any questions. Would recommend!

Pets Best did a great job
My dog was taken to emergency and a tumor was found on his spleen. He underwent surgery to remove his spleen. Pets Best paid his surgery claim quickly. He did not have chemo, but he had follow up tests, which Pets Best paid without question. Sadly he died after a few months. I would have preferred not submitting any claims, I would have preferred that my dog remain healthy. Pets Best made the whole ordeal financially less painful.

Thank you Pets Best!
Two days before his 13th birthday, my Shetland Sheepdog Ranger ate a plastic water bottle cap after I inadvertently dropped it in front of him. The emergency vets tried unsuccessfully for 12 hours to make him vomit it up. Because the cap was visible in his tummy on an ultra sound, they were able to go in with an endoscope to remove it through his mouth, thus avoiding surgery. Imagine the endoscopist's surprise when, she snagged not only the cap but also a popsicle stick, which had been in Ranger's tummy since summer. Because of Pets Best I finances did not enter into any decisions I had to make during Ranger's ordeal. Thank you Pets Best!

Helpful Assurance
I am so pleased to have the policy for Archie because the extra assurance of help when we need it is very comforting to us. I hope over the years we hardly need it but you never know and Embrace is very easy to work with and coordinates well with our vet. Thank you Embrace for being there!

caring and accommodating
My miniature Dachshund experienced a loss of control over his right hind leg and luckily through medication and rest he can walk again. ASPCA was very concerned about my dogs progress and called a few times to follow up. I have been a customer for many years and they were accommodating in explaining the best insurance coverage for my dog. Bills can be quite pricey and thankfully our plan for Astro helped with his care. I definitely would recommend ASPCA.
