Amazing customer service, speed of payment, and care for pets
I would recommend every pet owner to sign their pet up to Healthy Paws as soon as they hopefully adopt or buy their pet. I signed up five years ago when I adopted my first dog and have been incredibly impressed with them. I just wish my medical insurance was as good, as efficient, as easy to use, and as caring. At one point last year, I had not been to the vet in so long that for a minute I questioned the pet insurance premium. So glad I kept it as this year my beautiful, strong mutt tore her ACL and had a very expensive surgery. I was reimbursed within a week! I tried everything possible to not have to do the surgery but in the end it was 90% torn so had to go ahead with surgery. With everything I had to worry/stress about with my pup, it was nice not to have to worry about the financial burden as well. If you're thinking of getting pet insurance, this is a no brainer.

Amazing customer service, responsiveness, and care

Thankful for Insurance
We recently took our cat, Autumn, into the vet because she was experiencing a stuffy nose. A few x-rays and ultrasounds later it had turned into visceral lymphoma. Being only 3.5 years old we were completely shocked and devastated. It was no question at all that we were going to do everything we could for her. We had always had insurance for our pets since we had the experience of one cat eating a foreign object and requiring a $3000 surgery without insurance. After that EVERYONE got insurance! Within the first 2 weeks of treatment, Autumn's medical bill was over $12,000 and we had barely even began the uphill battle with her cancer. It is such a relief knowing that she has Healthy Paws Insurance and is covered for 80% reimbursement. We have no problem insisting Autumn receives top of line treatment and any diagnostic test that may be of help. I couldn't recommend Healthy Paws Insurance anymore than I already do! Please invest in your pet's future before it's too late.

A Stand up company!
Our German Shepherd, Sophie, was diagnosed with cancer. Healthy Paws helped us to afford the burden of expensive care for her. Without Healthy Paws, our beloved Sophie would not be with us. We just could not have afforded to pay for the surgery, chemotherapy, and follow up care. We are grateful every day that Sophie is still with us. She is a cancer survivor who is vibrant and full of life for years following her initial diagnosis. She is a joy and a light in the lives of everyone she has touched with her beauty, sensitivity, and pure joyous tail-wagging celebration of life. If you are looking for pet insurance, try Healthy Paws. They are a stand up company. The best thing I ever did was to sign up for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I am reminded of this every time I look at Sophie.

Having your pet in the hospital is stressful enough and the last thing you want to do is to make a decision based on a financial basis. Recently my dog got very sick and I remembered I had him insured with healthypaws. I called them and asked about my coverage. All was good. The costs maxed out my credit card and i asked if they could help me with prioritizing my claim. Took 2hrs to be filed and 6 days to receive the check. My vet bill was $5800 and I had $4988 covered. Great job and thank you guys for your help and checking on our pal.Wonderful customer service.

Amazing Company!
We own a 2 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever that was diagnosed with entropion at 6 months. He's needed 3 corrective eye surgeries, not to mention multiple vet visits. Pets Plus Us helped us pay for all of his treatments. They never made us feel bad for claiming and always asked how Walter (our dog) was doing first, before anything else. The insurance has already paid for itself for years to come. Amazing company. I will continue to insure all my pets through Pets Plus Us.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a very professional and trustworthy pet insurance company. It is always unfortunate when your furry loved ones get sick or have an accident unexpectedly. We purchased this insurance for our puppy after a recommendation from a friend who had to pay out of pocket expenses for 2 major surgeries after accidental ingestion of foreign objects. Although at the time our puppy was very healthy, we decided to purchase an insurance plan for her just in case. After reading the positive online reviews, we decided to go with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and have not regretted the decision ever since. Four years later, our beloved Goldendoodle has been unfortunately diagnosed with Addison's Disease which requires lifelong corticosteroid treatment and undergone a recent major surgery. These times can be very stressful both in your concern for the health of your pet and the financial burden on your family. Having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance definitely helps alleviate a lot of that stress. Their claims submission process is very easy to do online and their processing of the claim is very rapid and detailed. I would highly recommend this company to pet owners!

Shockingly good service! My pittie (Lambeau) was diagnosed with skin cancer :-( Pre-op and surgery ran a few thousand dollars. Healthy Paws cut checks almost immediately. To ever have to make a decision on care for your furry best friends, based on funds - Healthy Paws insurance is a wonderful service to have. 5 stars!
