I wish I knew about your company when I first got my dog , I leaned about your company latter, I miss you and I'm in customer service business I know you guys here a lot of the negative that I wanted to give you a positive . I wanted to sign up for pet insurance but I didn't Think I had all the paperwork on Buddy he was adopted, I spoke to Jennifer who went way beyond what I expected he checked for me she called the vet for me and made sure that I had everything that was up-to-date and I need Jennifer is a credible employee I wanted to let you know about that , company something forget about how important customer service Really is , you should know your lucky to have her, thanks again, I'm so happy I found you , Sincerely Jack hart

Healthy Paws has easily saved us thousands since we adopted our rescue pup. We have been to countless regular vet visits, emergency vet visits (one over night stay hat cost $1500+), prescription meds, and even an opthomologist. The app is so easy to use when you need to submit a claim, the reimbursement checks are quick, and we have never had an issue getting our full reimbursement. This is easily the smartest, and best decision we made. Pet insurance is a must, and Healthy Paws has been so good to us and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

I am very happy with trupanion.
I am very happy with trupanion. My major negative comment is that the pets name should be included each claim on my account. In other words if i am looking up a specific claim i have to go through several, if i knew which name was on each claim it would make the website perfect. Also a recheck is something that is usually mandatory after major illnesses or surgeries, i feel a recheck or at least one recheck should be covered by trupanion Thank you Maria trapp

My biggest issue with Trupanion is the complimentary care rider.
My biggest issue with Trupanion is the complimentary care rider. I purchased it in case I ever needed my dog's behavior addressed, which I do, and being able to find trainers that fit the mold has been nigh impossible - even though recommended by my own vet don't fit the bill. It's frustrating and my dog hasn't gotten the behavioral care he needs because of it
