I had been a customer of Healthy Paws Pet insurance for only three months when my puppy Lili, while playing with her sister, suffered a serious injury to her left hind leg requiring the surgical reattachment of her patella. I spoke with Brittany F. who was able to answer all my questions, and is just as much an animal lover, just like myself. Dogs are our language and she took an immediate interest in my resent rescue story, as well as talking about the recent loss of my 13 year old golden. Brittany knows her job well and better than that she LOVES working for Figo. I had an instant connection with her, and I enjoyed speaking with her and how she explained how the pet insurance works with Figo. Dont let her go. Its a plus when you call in and speak to someone that can answer all your questions.

ASPCA PET HEALTH IS BEST
I have used ASPCA PET HEALTH INSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS. WE GO BACK AS FAR AS 2001 WITH LUIGI, WHO RECENTLY PASSED. NEVER A PROBLEM OF ANY KIND. CLAIMS ARE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY WAY. THEY ALSO OFFER REIMBURSEMENT FOR SO MANY THINGS, WHICH IS AWESOME. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WHEN LUIGI WAS I'LL FOR 3 YEARS WITH ONGOING COVERAGE. I MUST SAY I ADOPTED ANOTHER KITTEN WHO TESTED FeLV positive. I HAD ALREADY ENROLLED HIM. BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF GETTING IT REMOVED VERY FAST. AND I AM SO GRATEFUL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I couldn't be happier with ASPCA health …
I couldn't be happier with ASPCA health insurance. My cat swallowed an object and had surgery and they covered 90 percent of the vet bill (after the deductible). Their customer service was amazing and they reimbursed us two weeks or so after the surgery. Why can't health care for humans be this good and simple?
