I have been so extremely happy with Figo...I have never had such a wonderful agent look after me and my furry best friend. Brittany Feldman has gone above and beyond to ensure my Winn Dixie is well taken care of and my worries have been put to rest. Life is crazy fast and really hard...I have LOVED having a company help with the process of taking care of the ones we love. I would recommend Figo to everyone who loves and cares for our special buddies...they are a company who wants to help and most of all CARES! In the world today...we don't get as much personal touch and Figo has been able to bring that wonderful concept back to us. Thank you Brittany Feldman and Thank you Figo!

So impressed with HealthyPaws!
Healthy Paws was very helpful in a scary time!My schnoodle, Eloise, had to have emergency eye surgery after another dog bit her at the park. Healthy Paws approved my claim very quick and sent my reimbursement check (80%) in 3 days. The staff at Healthy Paws has checked on Eloise multiple times during her recovery period. I would highly recommend this pet insurance plan!

Amazing!
We have 2 7 year old golden retrievers. Our male has struggled with skin issues due to allergies for many years. From multiple visits to the vet, as well as allergy testing, Embrace has been there & always backs us up. Our claims are so easy to file, we get an email acknowledging the claim was received, and reimbursement all so quickly. Embrace goes above & beyond our expectations. We will never have a pet without being covered by Embrace!

Hard to deal with full of false promises
I cancelled my coverage the 1st of January as going with another company who has quicker responses and payouts. At that time, I was told January's would still be charged. That was fine. February came, they billed me. The were contacted again and said cheque will be in the mail. March came and yet another charge! I was not happy and emailed them directly wanting answers and pay back. They called at the end of the work day stating a cheque would be in the mail within 10 days. Guess what.... NOTHING! It is now April 10th and Just rec'd notification of yet another withdrawal for April coverage ! What do I have to do?? This company is to say the least, the worst I have ever dealt with. I guess it's time to get some legal advise on this!

Figo is the best pet insurance!!
Figo has been great! My dog suddenly started having major problems with being listless and not wanting to go for walks! Figo paid for all of the tests that my dog needed and it helped to know that Figo was there for my dog. Judy Pacheco reached out to check on my dog and that is such an excellent part of their customer service. It shows they truly care about their clients! Figo is the best pet insurance!

Best Investment we've made for our pet!
So pleased with the customer service and quality of coverage. The app is AWESOME and it's so easy to submit and track a claim, I rave about it to others every time we have to use it. They even followed up to find out if our dog was doing better after a serious incident, which she was thankfully. I had though called in tears but was reassured in a caring way of how my coverage would work. The plan doesn't, for instance, cover routine maintenance or office visits. This protection did cover critical tests to determine what was wrong and emergency care. That protection allowed us to focus on caring for our pet, not figuring out how to pay for it. Our plan with Healthy Paws has been one of the been investments we've made and I highly recommend it. Emergency care costs are expensive and although we've never had insurance on a pet before this one, we will now always make this investment for the peace of mind.

Very happy and relieved at the easy quick service
I have a puppy who has been a constant medical problem throughout his first year. As a garbage mouth we have had to visit the emergency room both of ingesting chocolate cake and socks. Then there was the really scary event of pneumonia when I almost lost him. Each time Embrace was quick to review and pay the claims which meant I didn't have to add financial hardship on top of everything else. I am very grateful I chose them for insurance both for puppy and for my two older cats.
