I got refunded for Theodore my 14 month old yorkie on his heart worm and flea and tick preventative care. It was really easy to send in the information and they called me to let me know they had received the claim. They were very nice and polite and very helpful with my first claim. I would recommend the company very highly for anyone wanting insurance for their pet because our pets are just like family. Thanks once again.
