This is the second time this has happened in one week. I keep getting phones saying I have a balance and I don't. Please communicate within your departments so I don't have to waste 20 plus minutes on the phone telling me it's a communication error!

The representative wasn't the problem.
The representative wasn't the problem. My problem is that my premium went up from $68 to $82 I only a year. My other dog is with another company and his premium is $58 and he has had 5 surgeries. I probably won't go with Trupanion with my next dog.

I'm new to Figo for our Goldendoodle
I'm new to Figo for our Goldendoodle, Bailey, to be insured, but their text messaging system is AMAZING! I needed to get info from them when I was at the vet today and Jennifer from Chicago answered me immediately! I needed to have Bailey's knees certified so we don't have a 6 month waiting period. She was SO very helpful! So far, I'm so pleased with their customer service. Hopefully if we ever have to make a claim, it goes just as smooth!
