Satisfied with HealthyPaws
My puppy had to have some fairly major procedures related to a digestive problem. I was a little worried because the first sign of health problems started only days after his initial waiting period had ended. The procedures cost several thousand dollars. I submitted my claim, which was easy to do. They did initially try to cancel it due to mistakenly believing he was signed up with a competing insurance but I was able to call in and get through to someone very quickly, and straighten that out. The person on the phone was very nice. HealthyPaws processed my claim very quickly, and then immediately sent me refund checks. I was very happy to have chosen HealthyPaws for my puppy's insurance provider.

Embrace's wellness rewards are great!
Embrace offers what they call "wellness rewards" - essentially a health savings account for dogs. I added this to my policy on Monday, took my dog to the vet on Tuesday for some vaccinations, and on Thursday they mailed me a check for the full amount I paid the vet -- including his nail trim and heart-worm preventative. I couldn't be more pleased!

I wish they were my health insurance company
We were told by friends that it’s not worth getting pet insurance, but I am here to prove them wrong! We are so thankful to have picked Healthy Paws as the insurance company for our dog. They have been covering everything they promised so far and their customer service is beyond our expectation! We always get fast response from their team with care and clear explanations, and reimbursement checks always arrived within a week or two. I love how I can have a peace of mind with an active dog and have already referred them to a lot of my friends. Please keep up the good work! I wish I can have you as my health insurance company for human, too!

Best decision
Signing up for Healthy Paws pet insurance was one of the best decision I have ever made. I have all 3 of my dogs insured with them. One of my dogs has been so sickly and ended up with so many chronic conditions, without Healthy Paws, she would no longer be with us. The piece of mind, that you get...knowing that if anything happens, you can afford to take your dog to the best place and do any kind of diagnostics or therapy necessary to save their life, or make it better... that is just incredible. The explanation of what they cover or not and why, is very clear, and not once did they fuss about paying the claim. My experiences have been nothing but extremely positive. Claims are completed very fast, usually within a couple hours and I receive my check within a couple days. Thank you Healthy Paws, for keeping my fur babies healthy and safe!

Can't recommend highly enough
We recently lost our beloved dog after an expensive surgery that led to complications. This was a devastating experience. Healthy Paws was there for us -- providing quick coverage at exactly the amount they promised to cover, even though the vet costs were piling up. During such a challenging time, Healthy Paws was such a source of relief. Their coverage is extraordinary. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Embrace makes life easier
We were beyond thrilled and thankful to have embrace pet insurance when our 3 year old lab mix tore his ACL and needed surgery. Embrace made it easy to receive coverage thanks to the orthopedic report card they offer that our vet was able to simply fill out after examining storm during one of his regular check ups

A Springier Springer!
My springer spaniel kept getting UTIs and after quite a few trips to the vet, it was decided that she needed a vulvoplasty (elimination of extra skin folds around the girly parts!) I called Embrace to make sure this was covered and they assured me that it was no problem. My dog had surgery last Thursday and I have already received notice less than a week later that the claim has been processed and a check is on it's way! Happy Springer- Happy Momma! My dog has been Embraced for her entire 5 years and Embrace has been consistently fantastic. I honestly mean it - if you are considering them, you will not be disappointed. Fast and extremely friendly people. I love them.

Great service!
Great customer service is critical to me and I've experienced only that with Embrace. I've had a number of claims lately for our dog and all have been processed in a timely manner with accuracy. I've had pets my entire life but this is the first time I've taken out a health insurance policy for one, as I've always heard you get pushback on paying out claims and nothing is covered, etc. I couldn't find that further from the truth with my experience with Embrace! Keep it up!
