Your emails go to my junk mail so I was unaware of the 30 day waiting period. I was 6 days short and wasn't covered. Then I was told by email that if the same problem occurred in the future it would not be covered because it's considered preexistente. So

Praise Praise Praise, Not one complaint, not one bad experience. They have been perfect. I care off the charts about my dogs and only want the best for them. I pay by credit card and in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks max I get reimbursed before they bill arrives.
