Wonderful people and a wonderful company
I found the claims and customer service staff with Embrace to be professional, caring and expedient during a very difficult time. Having the right pet insurance enabled me to treat my companion without consideration of the financial impact. But just as importantly it enabled me to withhold treatment that would not have been in my dog's best interest without fear that I was letting cost enter into my decision. If I have ever have another pet, one of my first acts will be to contact Embrace. They are wonderful people and a wonderful company.

A++++ Pet Insurance!
Our six month old golden retriever has been covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance since he joined our family. Thought that time, Henry has seen his vet for normal check-ups and a number of times due to pneumonia illness. While the bills racked up, I couldn't help but be so thankful we have pet insurance. Not only do we have pet insurance, we have ASPCA Pet Insurance. A few reasons why they rock: > Claims are quick & easy. Filled them out online in minutes, receive confirmation emails once submitted. The claims center online shows you at what process your claim is at, for full visibility. > Every time I called to check-in on a claim or ask a question, the service was phenomenal. Without fail, their first question was "How is Henry (our dog)?" and genuinely meant it. They were always looking to go above & beyond to ensure accurate, speedy claims service. > At one point our vet wasn't sending through the requested (needed) information to ASPCA so the customer service rep created a three-way call between them, the vet, and myself to make sure there were no gray areas that would hold up the claim. After that, the claim closed and I received reimbursement within the week. > After dealing with a plethora of claims relating to Henry's illness, ASPCA Pet Insurance mailed us a HAND WRITTEN note hoping Henry is feeling better and thanking us for our business. We were so impressed. > I have not felt like a singular person trying to deal with a large company. Rather, my experiences have been personal, inviting, and positive.

Trupanion a Must
For me, Trupanion was the best insurance choice. They are easy, polite & professional. They cover all the emergency stuff, with your choice of deductible, which to me can be hard & expensive. Routine vet visits should already be thought of before getting a pet.

Embrace Saved Our Lives -- Really
When I rescued my beautiful Lily, I did tons of research on pet insurance and chose Embrace. Through 3 years of coverage, I've been nothing but pleasantly surprised that any company could be as upfront, honest and truly kind in every last interaction with a customer. When I discovered last week that Lily needed major surgery very quickly, Embrace responded with a pre-certification that covered exactly what it had promised allowing me to get Lily the help she needed and sparing me concerns that I'd be abandoned and bankrupted by the treatment. I had the luxury of focusing only on what was best for Lily. I would never consider having another pet without Embrace to help me. Ever. I never write favorable reviews of anything. But Embrace is really an outlier -- no quibbling over a $12,000 procedure. Imagine that.

Wish people insurance firms were this good
It's hard to believe but our dog has been "Embraced" for almost 3 years. Most recently we worked with Embrace when our pup had an ear infection. They handled the claims quickly and communication was excellent. I wish my own health and property insurers measured up to Embrace.
