The Best Service That Money Can Buy!
Excellent Service at a great price! I have a two year old Yellow Lab who has had two TPLO knee surgeries, one on each knee, in nine months. The service each time was exceptional and prompt. They really pay attention to detail when it comes to your claim. On her most recent surgery Healthy Paws turned around four separate claims in just four days which is amazing to me. Every time I have talked on the phone with them I have always been impressed with the kindness and concern of their staff and it is nice to know that they all care about Roxy as a pet and not just as an account. The rates are very reasonable and can be customized by deductible and by coverage percentage. I opted to have a $500 deductible and to get reimbursed at the rate of 80% with no annual cap in coverage and it has been a great decision. Not only do they pay for the surgery and meds and the X-rays, but also pay for rehabilitation for a covered operation. And they also accept pre-existing conditions in most cases. I can see why they are rated number one in satisfaction. Great Job!

ASPCA gave me peace of mind. Every claim I have is processed so quickly and explanation of benefits attached every time. It's the best decision I've ever made and I'm glad I chose the right carrier for my Archie. Archie has been part of my family since we rescued him and we would be devastated if something happens to him. I would recommend it to anyone. A big thumbs up and 5 stars for ASPCA😍👍

Very good coverage and Customer Service
I've been using Embrace pet insurance for several years. Thankfully, I haven't had any big emergencies. I paid for the wellness rewards for a while, but in the end dropped them because they're not really worth the hassle. I had 4 pets getting wellness rewards and between all 4, I maybe saved $80 a year on vet bills and medication (flea/tick). I often ran into the problem spending more than the plan covered for one pet and not quite enough for another pet. Any issues I had with claims or anything else was resolved in a timely manner. However, I'd just say that it's definitely better to call them because it takes them a day or two to get back to you by email.

We have had 2 policies w Healthy Paws. Both of our dogs had major issues and sirgery and each time Healthy Paws came thru in a fast and supportive fashion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super firm.

Trupanion is exceptional
I've always had the best and most thorough personalized experience when I've called Trupanion. And until recently, never realized how significant a role they would play in my life. My dog, 6 yrs old was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer and their policy allowed us to make a decision not based on finances but quality of life and offering the best care available. I'm not sure what I would have done if we didn't have Trupanion. We are very grateful to their supportive staff and clear policy guidelines with no questionable fine print clauses.
