Great, easy claims with app and quick processing
I have had no problems with them. The app makes it super easy to file claims and I always get the reimbursement with a week! I had a stray kitten adopt my family so we got a physical for him and insurance just in case. The poor little guy is less than a year old and has been having chronic urinary tract inflammation and infections. There is no way we would have been able to pay for his treatment without them! I am so grateful and can not recommend them enough.

Compassionate and Caring!
The customer service representatives are polite and personal. They don't rush, they take the time to listen and help you with your situations. When we lost one of our pets, they were very sympathetic and even sent me a card. They are friendly and detailed in sharing information to help me understand my policy.

Great and compassionate pet health insurance
I have had Healthy Paws for my accident prone cat, Reba, for almost 3 years. Reba has not had the best of luck in terms of this health! When he was a teenage cat, Reba had a deep leg laceration that needed surgical repair- twice! A little over a month ago, Reba needed surgery on his left hip to help him with chronic pain due to a previously undiagnosed fracture that healed improperly on its own. I have to say that Healthy Paws has been great! When I use the Healthy Paws app to submit a claim for veterinary care, a reimbursement check is on its way almost immediately, followed by an email enquiring about Reba's health. In fact, my experience has been so positive, that when I adopted a second cat, I enrolled her in Healthy Paws also. Rates are very reasonable and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

I have been using Embrace now for both of my cats Eddie and Molly since I adopted them two years ago. I searched through the different plans that were out there and decided on Embrace based on customer ratings and the plan details. I feel I definitely made the right choice - the customer ratings were right on target. Embrace has the very best service, they give speedy claims that are very fair. Recently Molly had a weird discharge coming out of her eye so naturally I rushed her to the vet. Eddie had an abscess earlier this year and he needed it cleaned and to get an antibiotic for it. Everything I have submitted has been covered. I'm so glad to have Embrace.
