Our dog Gizmo suddenly stopped using his right hind leg. It was a Friday evening so we took him to the animal hospital. It was determined he had a soft tissue injury. Our claim was processed quickly and easily.. we love Pets Best! They have always been efficient and easy to work with!

I truly understand that an insurance company is in business to make money.
I truly understand that an insurance company is in business to make money. In the business process there are certain hoops that a customer must 'jump' thru to maximize justifiable claim reimbursement. Some of your 'hoops' make sense I guess, but some are just income producing minutia that may make sense to a lawyer reading fine print but this minutia appears as a big 'huh?' to a medically educated experienced client who has read your advertising material and then is faced with the oddities that you call claim revues. Not only do I agree to all Trupanion to allow petinsurancereview.com to post my review but I encourage you to do so.
