Great customer support. I'm disappointed in the pre-existing conditions coverage, though. My cat had several health problems, some of them previous and some more recent (since he was insured), and all my claims have been rejected. Kind of a waste of money

My Dog Had Some Granulomas Un…
My dog had some granulomas under her tongue that had to be removed. While she was under anesthesia the dentist also took x-rays of her teeth. It showed that she had a large number of teeth that had died and she needed to have removal of eight teeth. I could not have handled the fee by myself and I was grateful to have Petsbest insurance.
