The matter what the feeling there never trying to mitigate the situation , in plain English you get what you pay for in life . However , in this case I feel that every time I speak to a representative there's a personal connection vicariously through our pets , and that commonality is a feeling of contentment . If I was a cat I would perrrrr !!

The representative Kevin was very helpful but the staff that actually process my claims for Muffin are the ones that will resolve my issues.
The representative Kevin was very helpful but the staff that actually process my claims for Muffin are the ones that will resolve my issues. I gave Kevin the only background information that I had, hoping it will help resolve any questions on past medical care of Muffin when I was not her owner.
