Ive met the $400 deductible on this incident and am still being charged a hefty deductible and receiving only a small payment after making a copay which I don"t really understand either. Also the process seemed slow. I"ll be calling as I think a mistake has been made."

Our Charlie was sick for 10 days or so, after he seemed to be on his way to recovery and over $650.00 (and we are retired on fixed income!)...I faxed my claim to ASPCA on a Monday, requested a direct deposit, and by Friday my claim had been resolved and money was in my account...UNBELIEVABLE..!
