Vet happy
i started coverage on all three of my pets in April. Within 48 hours I ended up with a scuffle between my 2 male dogs that resulted I. An over $800 bill for one of them. ASPCA paid the claim exactly as I expected after receiving copies of the pets medical records. Since then I have had claims for all three dogs. Everything has been covered as expected and all payments made timely to me via direct deposit.

I signed up my dogs and chose the "most popular" rated plan because all of them looked about the same. Be careful, it does not allow for any mouth issues and sure enough, my dog had to have a mouth surgery which was not covered. So I am regretful for that choice of coverage. As I said, very easy to file the claim forms and e-mails from Embrace are helpful to explain the process after you sign up.

The best thing you can do for your pet.
Emrace has literally been there for our sweet girl Shadow from the beginning. She has had a lot of health issues lately, and Embrace has been there for us at every step. The staff is wonderful, and the service is very fast. Our Shadow and our family thank Embrace for giving our family the comfort and peace of mind through these trying times for Shadow. I wish I could have Embrace for my insurance!
My dog had surgery for a torn ACL on friday. Needless to say it was quite expensive. On monday I received confirmation that it was covered and check was issued. Amazing turn around. I have nothing but praise for this company. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks for making it so easy for my dogs to get the care they deserve!
