So worth having!
Our Charlie was sick for 10 days or so, after he seemed to be on his way to recovery and over $650.00 (and we are retired on fixed income!)...I faxed my claim to ASPCA on a Monday, requested a direct deposit, and by Friday my claim had been resolved and money was in my account...UNBELIEVABLE..!

Unbelievable service, it is such a relief know that in a time of need your pet is covered. At 14 months old who would ever think your puppy would have to have a mass removed. The staff was so helpful and really care about your pet, like they were their pet. I submitted my claim and with less than a week my claim was approved and credited my bank account. I would recommend to any pet owner this is a must have insurance. No matter how old your pet is. I purchased our insurance when we rescued are puppy and added are 7year old boxer. No matter how old your pet is they will provide coverage.

Submitting a new claim is super easy using your online portal. I like how I receive email confirmation that you received it and email confirmation when it has finished processing. The pdf attachments are easy to read and understand. I like how the whole process is online - no phone calls required. You have a very user friendly website.
