Trupanion has always been on top of things especially when it came to a serious neck surgery Bailey had to have right after he had an MRI.
Trupanion has always been on top of things especially when it came to a serious neck surgery Bailey had to have right after he had an MRI. I was so worried about Bailey I didn't know he was going to have surgery that quick. Trupanion took care of everything I was so glad and it was such a relief I could just concentrate on my Bailey and he healed great! Now he had ear surgery and Trupanion again took care of everything and Bailey is doing better every day. I always tell people Thank God we have Insurance, because sometimes you might have a pet that has surgeries and there expensive and you want the best for you pet because there family I will always have Trupanion Insurance for my pets.

When I first purchased the insurance I guess I was not really clear of what was or not covered by the plan.
When I first purchased the insurance I guess I was not really clear of what was or not covered by the plan. I was sorry to see that all of the regular visits or sick visits(1) were not covered. I'm glad atleast the teeth removal is covered and I don't mind paying the 10% co-pay. Thank you Michele Modica

He resolved the problem as much as he could.
He resolved the problem as much as he could. My claim (2444415) had the wrong amount listed. An additional email didn't resolve the error. He said he would fix the total an send it to the adjusters. We'll see what happens.
