If your pets are family ..do not use Embrace
They made up information about our animals to exclude them from coverage including telling us one of our cats was noted to have aggression back in 2012 (he wasn't born yet) They are nasty and misrepresented their care for our animals. So we have canceled with them and let USAA (veteran family here) that we will not pay money to any company that treats our animals like they have. Over $2k in bills. Met the deductible on first visit and got zero coverage. Our cat was constipated for the first time in his life but really bad...visit to ER and then 3 sedations and removal of excrement. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Pre existing condition my ass.

Outstanding Company
Embrace doesn't just give you the promises - they follow through. I had my policy with Embrace for only 3 months when I found out my Labrador Retriever puppy had hip dysplasia in both his hips. They covered the appropriate expenses right of the bat. These were very expensive surgeries and Embrace took a lot of the financial worries away. Embrace is a life saver!! Claims were handled quickly with courteous representatives. I can't recommend them high enough.

Embrace is fantastic!
I have been a happy customer of Embrace Insurance for the past 4 years; I have the Accident and Illness coverage provided by Embrace, I would (and do) highly recommend Embrace to other pet parents. Recently, my husband and I received the unfortunate news that our 4 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, "Z", had elbow dysplasia in both his right and left elbows. While this was heartbreaking news to hear, coupled with the hefty surgery estimate we received from the vet, we did not think twice about scheduling "Z" for his surgery. Having the peace of mind and knowing that Embrace would cover the surgery expense took such a weight off our shoulders. Embrace's proactive and timely communication throughout the process has kept us informed and up-to-date on the status of each claim we have submitted. I'm happy to report that all of the vet visits, the surgery, and medications were covered under the Embrace Insurance Plan! "Z" still has a long road ahead of him in terms of rehab and PT but knowing that Embrace is working with us as a business "partner" makes the whole process that much easier. Thank you Embrace for your top-notch customer service and for treating "Z" as though he's one of yours!

Puzzling
My name is Martha Barnhart and I submitted a claim for Axl from a May 9th visit. As of June 6th still had not rec'd a check even though I had supplied all needed docs. I called and she told me that is was in a holding stage for additional health info on Axl which actually was not needed and had I not called I would not have rec'd a check. You guys are so nice when I call but felt the ball was dropped on my one and only claim I've ever had in almost 5 years.
