My 3.5 year old, 115lb Mastiff, sweet boy "Captain" was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy at 2.5. He has cluster seizures that come with a vengeance and he ends up at the Neurologist every few months or so while we find the right combination of medicine. Finding the right combination can take up to two years of trial and error, having health coverage for this has literally been a life savor. I highly, highly, recommend. The customer service is phenomenal, claims are handled quickly, I have not had any issues with Embrace and have friends who have coverage with other companies, results are not the same.

Since getting the most coverage …
Since getting the most coverage offered, I have spent around $700 out of pocket for basic things like shots, meds for a condition etc. I have been refunded about 20%! We pay $64 a month....this is a rip off.

Quality insurance no hassel
I have had this insurance for over 5 years and it has been a blessing. There is no paperwork to fill out. I just bring a form to the vet each time I go and they fill it out send it in and the money is in my account very quickly.

Had trupanion for over 5 years, every year the police was increased. Started paying around $40 a months by the time I canceld they were charging me $100. At one point they tried to raise my premium because I had moved 3 blocks from my old house still within the same town. Never put a claim in and the one time I did for $300 it was declined. Canceled right away never again, also took forever to process the claim it was under review for over 3 weeks. Every time I called was told the claim was being reprocessed should be almost done, then one day I receive an email that the claim was being closed do to missing information!

Superior customer service.
My 4 yr old Bullmastiff required emergency surgery and the vet bills were in excess of $2500. Embrace claim process was simple and prompt. Customer Service representives were very helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our Mister Bones Is A Very Special Boy
Our Mister Bones is a very special boy. We have been blessed with an English Mastiff who has been vexed with elbow dysplasia and the complications that can arise as a result of his shear size... (Mister Bones is 178 pounds!). Had it not been for PetsBest, I don't know that we would have been able to afford the costs of surgery and the aftercare necessary to provide Mister Bones with the best quality of life possible. PetsBest has been nothing short of awesome! Not only are the representatives knowledgeable and receptive, they communicate in a manner that is both professional and kind. The claims process is extremely quick and quite simple which makes the process so much more enjoyable. PetsBest really is the best!!

This Was Just A Routine Checkup B...
This was just a routine checkup but I've never had an issue with the claims process. I've been using this company for 5yrs and can't say I have one bad thing to say about it or the claims process. The reimbursement is so fast. I'm happy you care about our pets as much as the owners do
