Simple Excellence
Couldn't be simpler. I would recommend healthy paws to anyone who has pets. I have been in the position where my pet was very ill and we had no insurance. Never again! This last time my dog Flash was ill we were able to focus 100% on his care and not worry at all about the cost. I can't say enough good things about this company and the simplicity. Love the app. Love the customer service. Love the simplicity. Love that they actually care about your pets.

Great accident coverage
After my dog swallowed pack of Motrin, and spent 3 days on IV at the hospital, I was happy to see her full recovery. I was also happy to see 90% of the expenses reimbursed by her insurance in timely manner. It was a win/win situation- Healthy dog and money in the pocket!

So happy to have ASPCA insurance.
I have a cat that is 14 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes last year. I couldn't take care of him without ASPCA's wonderful insurance. They have never given me a hastle about reimbursement for his care. I am so grateful to have them as my pet's insurance. I love him and he is a big part of my family.

Glad to have it.
Although I have had several pets over the years, I have never had pet insurance. I knew when I adopted my toy Pomapoo things would be different. My year old puppy is a challenge. She is managing to get into all sorts of things. I am relieved that there is insurance to help cover the cost of a vet if needed. Mariah had an accident and ASPCA insurance helped defray the cost without a problem. Perfect!

ASPCA is Great
We have been with ASPCA pet insurance for years with our 2 airedales. Simply said, it is great. Their new-ish online claim submittal is easy and clear. Tracking and seeing the history is also easy and clear. Their policies and payments are fair and well explained. Their communication is great as well. Recently we had a major incident and within 2 days of submitting the claim online, I got an email saying that they needed more information and were contacting the hospital to gather that information. 3 days after that I got an email with a status update (of paid) and a link to the EOB. Later that day, I got a call following up to see how my dog was doing and if I had any questions on the insurance process. Not only is pet insurance a smart thing to have, ASPCA is the way to go. We were formerly with another company and found their payments were confusing and low and their customer service was sub-par.

Highly recommend ASPCA
I learned from this insurance through my mom she has it for her cats. I highly recommend it, as her cat needed major surgery due to swallowing a balloon string. ASPCA was awesome and prompt on the refund. I got it on my 2 year old dog and now I just added my 5 month old multipoo.

Great insurance to have for emergencies
Great insurance to have in case of emergencies. You never know when something unexpected will happen. My dog was always healthy and never used the insurance since I got it but a few months ago he started being sick and was diagnosed with chronic leukemia. This insurance was extremely helpful with his medical bills. The claims were easy to submit and refunds were done quickly.

Frustration and aggravation
Thank you for accepting my claim, but I would like to know why, after nearly 10 weeks, no one ever acknowledged the claim until I notified Embrace and asked that question. I would also like to know why I was required to list every vet visit Shadaux has had since signing on, September 2105. It took several hours to figure out all of the paperwork, and for what? I was only putting in for one claim I should have been entitled to.....not for his many Wellness visits. I honestly felt like I was being viewed as a criminal, attempting to cheat you.

When my dog needed emergency surgery, I was glad I had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!
When my dog needed emergency surgery, it was a relief when I could tell my veterinarian that whatever my dog needed, he could do, because I had health insurance for my dog. My dog had surgery on Sunday morning, on Wednesday morning I uploaded the documents to the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance website, and on Friday, I received notification that his claim had been approved. I received the check the next week. I simply can not imagine an easier process. I can't tell you how much I love this health insurance. It is such a good investment because you never know what your pets will do! As a side note, I work at an SPCA and I told everyone how great working with the insurance is and I believe a few of my co-workers signed up for it! I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with this insurance! Thank you, thank you!

Most of my claims for Theodore have …
Most of my claims for Theodore have been wellness - which I really enjoy. Helping me take care of him when he is healthy is very important to me. Your claims process is easy and fast, which is very helpful. The only thing I would improve is giving more coverage for flea/tick medication - I understand the wellness costs are to help owners by taking a little off of the bills, but with oral medications becoming more used, they are becoming more expensive as well.
