Trupanion insurance is useless.
Trupanion insurance is useless. The insurance policy is iron clad NOT to pay any claim. I paid premiums for two years with absolutely nothing covered. A friend of mine told me it was one of the worst insurance policies based on Consumer Reports. I should have listened to him. Now I have thousands of dollars of bills. I could have used the money I paid each month for premiums for these bills. Never again!!! It is unconscionable.

I recommend you all the time! However, I have had to call Customer Serv on my last 2 claims for an existing condition - deductible already met, but you denied. First time I have had any issue - not sure what the problem is.
