Pets Best is a game changer
Pets Best makes filing a claim, navigating the site for important information and understanding the status of a claim super easy! No one loves buying insurance, but when a company stands behind their product, offers outstanding customer service with prompt reimbursement, and has a superior web interface, you can't ask for anything more. I've carried two policies with Pets Best for more than 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's better than my own health insurance!
My dog had been healthy until last year when she needed surgery. She is fully recovered and feeling great at age 10. The best part of all of this is the fact that I have Embrace Pet Insurance. They were so helpful during my dog's surgery and responded promptly to my inquiries. I was reimbursed not only for the surgery but for treatments we tried before having surgery. I am so happy with Embrace Pet Insurance. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their pet!

Maxwell Can See Again!
Thanks to Healthy Paws, my furry soulmate was able to get surgery last month that saved his vision. I didn't have to consider for one second how I would pay back the nearly $3500 I had to put on my credit card for surgery, recovery, post op visits and hundreds of dollars in medications due to his retinal detachment. I've already received reimbursement but more, a wonderful email inquiring about my beloved Maxwell's status. The fear of watching them take my baby into surgery still brings tears to my eyes but money never had to weigh into my decision on giving him the best care recommended. I love Healthy Paws and consider it one of my wisest decisions to insure my three fur babies. When the unexpected happens, the last thing you want to do is worry about having to make an impossible choice if you can't afford expensive care. I am grateful I wasn't put in that position.

What a terrific experience with Embrace!
In order to have my dog receive early approval for the orthopedic aspect of our his insurance policy, we had to have a vet check and form filled out. At the same time, I got his monthly flea and tick meds. We do have the Wellness rider on his policy. I was delighted at how easy it was to download the form, which was personalized for our dog, and to send in the claim. Faxed from the vet office and filling out the claim form on line with a copy of the bill, was very easy. I quickly received an acknowledgement of the claim and within a week had notice that it had been approved and that all costs were covered. I wish Anthem-Blue Shield worked this way!
