Trupanion is the best!
Trupanion is the best! My rescued bullmastiff Joey has had numerous health problems, and not only have you helped me pay the bills, you've been wonderful to talk to when I call. Your representatives are friendly, patient, helpful, and empowered to solve problems. Usually there aren't many problems though! I think I've only had to call three times in the past four years to check on claims or ask questions. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend you to everyone I know.

too many exceptions, especially not covering exam fees for illnesses. I understand not covering routine health checks/innoculations, but for an illness, it makes no sense to me. we will be canceling coverage.

Any questions I had were answered clearly. If it was not for your services our wonderful dog Bella would not have had the medical help she desperately needed. The staff was so caring and the card that was sent to us personally signed meant to much to us. Thank you for help. We have already made some recommendations to friends when asked about pet insurance. When we are ready our next pet will also be covered by you. Roz & Laura
