The monthly premium is getting expensive.
The monthly premium is getting expensive. In eleven years our premium has gone from $35.00 per month to $118.00. I think that dental cleanings should be included in our policy. If dental was included I would be 'extremely likely' to recommend Trupanion to friends or family.

I've been a vet tech for over 32 yrs.
I've been a vet tech for over 32 yrs. I've always been able to have procedures done in house and pay for it until Millie who had to have 2 root canals and caps on her molars. And now Xena with spinal cord disease. I've been extremely pleased with the service that Trupanion has provided!!! It's very obvious that Trupanion cares about pets! Not only through the insurance but with the people that work for them, they truly are warm and caring! Thanks so much Trupanion!!!

Very pleased with the service
I have been a customer for a couple years now. Found out about Embrace through Nora from the Obie Dog Journey, and signed up. Customer service is very helpful with reviewing the plans, and claim turnaround time is fast. Forms are easy to print, and the website is easy to use. I just recommended Embrace to a friend, and she will be checking you out. Again, I am very pleased to be a client.

Healthy Paws has been wonderful to work with
We adopted Ellie as a puppy from our local Humane Society. Decided we should purchase insurance "just in case." We read reviews, decided to go with Healthy Paws, and are so pleased with our choice. Ellie developed a bone deformity in her front leg as she grew out of puppyhood. Healthy Paws paid (less deductible) for the major surgery to correct the deformity, and also the resulting need for physical therapy. Thousands of dollars have been paid on her behalf by Healthy Paws. Don't know what we would have done without the coverage. And we were contacted by Healthy Paws to see how Ellie was doing after her surgery. Imagine that in this day and age! Prompt payment of each claim has been made. We tell our friends about Healthy Paws, and are so pleased to have coverage with them. The very best to work with!
