Healthy Paws has been a life saver!
My puppy broke her leg and having Healthy Paws pet insurance has been a blessing. I have been able to pay for surgery and ongoing visits to the veterinarian without any financial stress and anxiety. I love Healthy Paws!

Fast, Accurate, and Great Value
With any service or project, it's often a struggle to satisfy all three customer objectives; have the work done right, on a timely basis, and for a reasonable price. My experience with Embrace over the last 6 years is that they consistently meet all of these criteria. Once I uploaded 23 claims that occurred during the last policy year about two weeks ago, I was notified quickly that the claims were being reviewed, and then once approved, I received prompt reimbursement. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone.

Best Pet Insurance EVER
I can't speak highly enough of Healthy Paws. Our dog is recovering from an expensive surgery to repair a torn CCL, and Health Paws covered the cost of that (and rehab!!!) with no questions asked. They even write to check up on the wellbeing your pet. Every time I've called (with questions about the policy or reimbursement) they have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I will continue to recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners!

tired of resending records all the time
They exclude the most ridiculous things from our pets coverage. One of our dogs was stung by a bee before coverage began so they explained to me any similar issues would be excluded for a year. I understand prexisting conditions are excluded but a bee sting should not be! They find any reason they can to exclude coverage. They call my vet all the time and ask for the same records they already have. My vet is annoyed by this, as they should be. My vet sent same records several times and embrace staff called for them again. I then called to verify they recieved them and it was confirmed yes, they had recieved. A week later they wanted them again! I called and spoke with a supervisor and she said they did not have them. Not sure what the problem is on their end but its kind of a fiasco to deal with them

Multiple Pets, new pet injury
Easy to send claims in, little bit of navigation with filtering all the claim paper work and follow up to make sure all were addressed. When we did follow up with a call they were very expeditious and helpful. Well worth the investment, we have recommended to several friends.We have two cats and a new Lab.

Embrace/Great Company/Great Customer Service
Embrace pet insurance experience really has been great for us and our Sienna (English Bulldog). Customer service and the company's overall communication is great. They keep you informed thru or email or phone. Claim was evaluated and processed very quickly. I would highly recommend Embrace!!!!

I took out Pets best insurance
I took out Pets best insurance, I hoped to never use it, reading about what people are spending on their dogs it makes sense to take out insurance for Dexter. I put a claim in for dexters medication and office visit, it didn't take them long to go through it and send a check to my bank. Other insurance companies are more expensive
