Superb coverage
PetsBest was referred to me by my podiatrist. The premiums were reasonable, but like all other companies, each year costs go up. My dog had to have 2 6 session water therapies, which was phenomenal Each 6 session costs a little over $300.00 totaling $600.00. My coverage with PetsBest reimbursed me 80% after 20% deductible. So, after deducting 130.00 I was reimbursed $500.00. Can't beat that!

Leah was very informative. She knows her stuff. She addressed my dog by her name which made it feel more personal than just numbers and dollars. Since she seemed to know so much about Fetch and the Coverage, I felt like I was in good hands.

Great experience with Carla!
Had a great experience getting set up with Fetch! We wanted to switch from Trupanion but wasn't sure which plan was the best for us. Carla helped me and she was so helpful. She explained everything so well and I felt absolutely zero pressure from her. She worked with my budget and broke things down super clearly so I could understand. So happy we decided to switch - Fetch offers more coverage and is way cheaper than Trupanion!

DON’T waste your money!
Raised their prices again & never reimbursed me. They sent back the claims stating they needed more info from the vet. The vet provided the info and so did yet they never responded or paid.
