I had a great experience with MetLife with a claim of a emergency care bill. I put the claim in for 1082 and in about 3 days the claim was processed and MetLife covered 90% of it. It was a great relief especially since it was a stressful moment for me.

Oscar 12 yr old Hav/Malt mix
Oscar is fortunately (so far) a fairly low maintenance pet, He's had a single luxating patella operation which was covered by Pet's Best and we were satisfied with the reimbursement.. Minor health issues also covered properly. No real issues except cost...Pet's Best was somehow awarded an almost 30% premium increase in NJ...but then again, it is New Jersey :(
