Worst pet insurance company ever
Worst pet insurance company ever. They will do anything possible to delay or completely not pay a claim. If anyone is interested in hiring an attorney to form a class action lawsuit please let me know.

Pet care a racket once insurance companies step in
2 cats enrolled at 3 months old and 13 months old. Both healthy. No issues. Premiums were 2023 -$42, 2024 - $59, 2025 - $68, 2026 - $82. This represents premium hikes of 40%, 15%, and 21% respectively. Most "issues" cost $250-$500/yr - sneezy pet, blood in stool. Most pet-owners opt for a $250 deductible. For the $800+/yr in premiums, consider a "pet savings account". In the end of your pet's life, you get the money back if your pet enjoyed a healthy life. And if they need heart or brain surgery, maybe it's a sign our pet's time is up. Supporting pet insurance has resulted in pet surgeries and pet medications rivaling human medical treatment costs. We've all seen the "surgery rooms" and "pet recovery rooms" at pet hospitals: considerably sub-standard to human facilities yet the price charged is equal. My non-resident husband paid $3,100 for knee surgery in an Ontario hospital. The cost of cat knee surgery is $3,500-7,000. The pet-care industry has turned into a racket.

Really great service
Very easy process to submit a claim, and the response time is ultra-fast. If the company is experiencing a high volume of claims, they'll let you know right away-- and even in that situation, my claims have been processed within a week, every time. Really great service.

I have had pets best for over 3 years
I have had pets best for over 3 years, customer service is horrible, and on a $800 wellness they reimbursed $200, on a $1200, vet bill the say they are reimbursing $150. This insurance is a scam. $100 per month for three years would have been better in a savings account for my dogs health. Put your money in the bank not in their fat pocket.
