So well organized. Very straight-forward and transparent. Responds to claims immediately. Very helpful customer service for questions.They reach out right away if they have a question. They never leave one in limbo. I have confidence in Embrace which is not something I can say about most insurance companies or most companies in general.

Wishy washy reasons when you are making a claim
They make it so difficult to make a claim! And, it was not even a big amount, $123, and it was the second time I made a claim. The claim did not even reach the deductible yet. It's been almost a month since I put my claim in. And, they kept saying my vet did not send them my dog's records, but when I called my vet, they have already sent them everything a couple of weeks ago! I have two dogs with them, and paid high premium. I called them, and they gave me a run around each time. Worse customer service ever. Thinking of terminating our policies and go with other companies!
