I get the Pet Insurance so that I can be able to go and do the things that I need to do for my animal so I can afford it. Just to find out that I have to go and pay for a physical examination first before you’ll even consider ensuring them, which is also covered by the Insurance no I didn’t end up going with a plan.

Unbelievable rate increases
I see I'm not the only one who had to drop insurance with Healthy Pets after many years because of rate increases. In the nine years I was with them, I only had one claim. Then the rate doubled, then tripled. When I asked why, they said it was because I live in an expensive state. I stayed with them because I thought my dog's age meant I had no better options. After the rate increased to $500 a month, I finally dropped them.
