The process was very simple
The process was very simple. The only difficulty I had was in how to pick what health problem it was. But after I got used to the list, it went much easier. I called once and the customer service person was very helpful. The reimbursement is quite quick as well taking about a week or so.

There are not enough words that could describe my appreciation for MetLife Pet. They reimbursed us almost $5,000 for my sweet LuLu’s surgery.
