Fetch Pet Insurance Sold a Bill of Goods
When I adoped my cat I was told at the shelter by sales rep Austin Keckler that if I got the policy that the pre-existing conditons would be covered. Kitty had a limp that needed X-ray. Claim denied as pre-existing. I only signed up based on what Mr. Keckler said. Bad enough I had to sit through a sales pitch in order to adopt but then to be bold faced lied to about the policy makes it worse.

Trupanion to the Rescue
Having found ourselves at the VCA hospital with our senior dog facing a several day visit there, we mentioned that we had Trupanion insurance. The extremely competent assistant there faxed an estimate to Trupanion for approval. The positive response was immediate, and I mean, literally within one minute! Over the 15 years we've been with Trupanion, particularly recently as our furry son has aged, they've been extraordinarily responsive to claims we've submitted, with typical turnaround time 24 hours. I wouldn't consider using another pet insurer.

Excellent customer service. Thank you for keeping within the United States and not sourcing out. Your prices are affordable and fair—our beloved pets need that now with out-of-control veterinary care prices. Please consider better dental health preventative coverage.

ASPCA is incredibly helpful
ASPCA is incredibly helpful. Site is easy to navigate and they are very communicative. As my dog has gotten older he has needed more care. ASPCA has processed my claims in a timely fashion and I’m really grateful I’ve not had to worry about or wait for reimbursements.

They covered the bulk of the expenses
They covered the bulk of the expenses. I think the medication cost will be reimbursed. My little guy is feeling much better and was able to receive great care.
