Customer service is no more it’s a historical item
I just tried to cancel my ageing elderly cats policy, as the access for the yearly policy is more than end of life procedures would be. Rang first thing in the morning. That’s the only way you can do things over the phone and then was greeted with a hard pressure hostility attitude from the customer service representative. I don’t know what to say other than I think customer service is dead in this day and age and especially with fetch because this will be the second set of bad interactions I’ve had with the company. I have four pets insured via them and I’m considering removing all my policies now. When somebody asks you repeatedly to just cancel the policy, please just cancel the policy to argue with a customer is not customer service. To add stress levels to an elderly person is not customer service.

There for the hard moments with our pups
My wife and I have had Embrace since our dogs were puppies and we have been so very thankful throughout their six years of life. Embrace has been there for us through some of the hardest moments with our two pups.
