"Every claim that we have filed has been paid except for 1. Our dog had a TPLO surgery on her L leg 5 years ago, pre PetsBest. Recently was limping on her R leg. XRAY was denied because she had pre-existing condition. Different leg. Different issue. Not paid though. "
