I wanted to share a wonderful experience with Healthy paws
I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance recently. My pet, Toto, had a health scare, and I was relieved to have Healthy Paws by our side. He went through multiple round of Xrays, MRI, Sling wearing, Blood test, Spinal tap and ultimately was diagnosed with autoimmune disorder impacting his joints. Healthy paws helped me out in providing me coverage as per my eligibility which was a HUGE HELP at times of need. Their support and coverage were outstanding, allowing Toto to receive the best medical care available. From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed with the swift response and genuine concern for Toto's well-being. The claims process was straightforward and hassle-free, with clear communication every step of the way. Some of my claims were reimbursed within 3-4 business days. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly shone through. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent looking for reliable insurance. They offer peace of mind and top-notch support during stressful times. It's evident that they care deeply about the health and happiness of our furry family members. I have three pomeranians
I have three pomeranians, and having previously had pomeranians and not had insurance, I seriously do not know how I never had insurance before. I highly recommend spot pet insurance, and I love knowing that my now costly vet bills are partially covered. I want some Spot pet insurance merch, though? This is a scam
This is a scam. I am having the exact same issues as the other comments on here, however, I am filing a class action lawsuit as this is a clear “bait and switch” strategy that is wrong. Taking advantage of people’s emotions to want to help their animal and then stealing, stating as well that you have a waiting period of 14 days before you can even use the insurance yet it says you also only have 14 days to request a refund. If anyone sees this and is dealing with the same experience, my father who is an attorney in contract law is assisting me in a class action lawsuit. If you want to join please email me christinascioli34gmail.com. It’s time things change and I’m going to make time because this is evil. Same pattern in their response, they appear to lean on fine print and loosely interpreted policy clauses to deny coverage—suggesting that a required veterinary exam was missing (when in fact it was submitted) or implying that cancer falls outside of covered conditions. These tactics deflect accountability from their own clear marketing claims and the actual policy language, which explicitly state that coverage applies to diagnosed illnesses and does not exclude cancer. I have reported them to them to the: - The State Department of Insurance; - The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive business practices; - The Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer platforms. I recommend everyone who is dealing with them just trying to wear you out and give you a run around and hope you quit - don’t. Report them to the above and contact me. There is power in numbers.

I love pumpkins so much
I love pumpkins so much. My cat, Chanchan, visited the ER twice within one year due to bladder stones. The reimbursement process was very quick. After I uploaded the medical record and invoice, it took only 1-2 weeks to get the reimbursement. I am considering adding my new pet to the pumpkin insurance. I had a really good experiment working with pumpkins.

Will use them for as long as I have pets
What a great, supporting company! Within a week, my 9 year old hound went to vet, was hospitalized for 2 days and unfortunately passed away using at home euthanasia. Spot Pet Ins. covered all the expenses according to the plan, no questions asked, beside the proof I submitted with the claim. When you are devastated by the loss of a pet, the last thing you need is worrying about the pet medical care bills. Having insurance for all four of my pets is such a peace of mind; especially now that I know this company is so easy to work with. They also care- everybody on the phone was very understanding and showed tons of empathy. Will use them for as long as I have pets!
