MetLife was referred by my employer, and I have had a policy with them for the past 2 years, heading into my 3 term with them, and it's been great. The coverage is amazing. I don't plan on switching insurance for my pup.

Spot's Gold Plan provides for coverage…
Spot's Gold Plan provides for coverage of several important annual vaccines. To be reimbursed, however, Spot requires 2 years of prior Vet care notes. Coverage for preventative and advertised as such should not require paperwork roadblocks and delays. It throws up serious red flags on any future acute care claims. So yes, I cancelled today.
