Received response to my note quickly. Tone was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly with an offer to call if further explanation needed. I did call as I could not find on the policy what I was looking for and agent walked me through it.

I do not recommend them anymore
I wish I could say they were great! it takes long to get their results and they have no idea about animals they care for. They rejected my claim on my puppy saying that diherriea was a pre-condition (from 2 months prior!!!). What puppy survives 2 months of lose stools and they should know better that for puppies it is very common to have bowel issues as they get to anything. Poor judgement.

My concerns: —quite expensive —why is back history submitted every time I submit a new claim? Are past files not saved? Pros —turn around time for claims is great! —having the option to submit claim by email versus SPOT website is great!
