Once I learned how to get everything uploaded it was easy to use. I also like that they can send me money through Zelle.

Delay with claims
Trying to find out why when I submit two claims one after the other, you process one and queue one and the second one takes too long to find out if you’re going to pay it

Very Disappointing
We have been with pets plus us since our dog was a puppy - she is now 10. no major claims. Of the ones that I've submitted lately, no reimbursements were issued. They take co-pay amounts out first to reduce the amount that can be used against deductible...making it harder to reach your deductible obligations - meaning that the $500 deductible is only eliminated after 6 or 700 in claims. so bottom line: over $1400 per year in payments plus $6-700 deductible and copay nonsense means over $2000 per year and still no sign of reimbursement. I'm very disappointed in the service to date and would never sign on with them again. I'm definitely not signing my new puppy up with them.
