For the first time
For the first time, in umpteen years of my being with Pet First, they missed sending a reimbursement. Had to call and ask if I had cashed it and didn’t remember. Agent was very helpful and the next day I received a note that payment was on the way. Only issue I have had and everyone was very helpful.

I have had Embrace almost a year. I chose them because they were associated with USAA who has wonderful customer service. In the beginning, I seriously considered cancelling because of the first representative I spoke with. Then I decided I would give them another chance.
